This program is constantly varied, meaning each class will bring a whole new workout with different movements, time domains, and formats.

What is CFG FitCamp?

It is a high-energy, circuit-conditioning workout program WITHOUT the use of barbells or high skill gymnastics. The primary focus of this program is on conditioning through running, rowing, and calisthenics, along with the use of kettlebells, medicine balls, tires, and bodyweight exercises.


When is CFG FitCamp?

Monday, Wednesday & Friday

at 9:00AM, 4:00PM, 4:45PM, & 5:30PM

Why did you choose to be a CFG FitCamp trainer?

I became a trainer when I realized how much I loved helping others achieve goals, whether in strength or in overall health. To help people do things they’ve never been able to do before or feel more confident in themselves.

What movement(s) do you still struggle with?

Running, definitely running.

What song do you dread to hear come on during a workout?

Anything slow. I prefer a loud and fast beat, don’t care when it came out as long as it fuels the fire!
